This Recipe is From Sus-Girl.

1/2 cup cornmeal
4 white fish fillets
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh chives
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
Put cornmeal on a sheet of greaseproof paper.
Cut diagonal; slashes in skin of fish fillets.
Press fillets in cornmeal to coat thoroughly.
Heat oil in pan, add the coated fish.
Cook over medium heat for 3 mins each side or until cooked.
Drain on paper towels.
Combine mayonaisse, chives and chilli sauce.
Serve with fish.

4 Shallots, peeled and chopped
4 Cloves garlic, peeled and mi

1 c White wine
1/4 c Dark rum
1 Juice of 2 limes
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Chopped parsley
1/4 ts White pepper
1/4 ts Salt

Instructions

1. REMOVE THE SKIN FROM THE FILLET, if necessary, and go over the fillet carefully with your fingers to remove any small bones. Wash and pat dry with paper towels. Grill the fish for 3 to 4 minutes on a side, depending on thickness, turning gently. The fish should still be slightly translucent in the center since it will continue to cook after being taken off the grill. While the fish is grilling, boil down the marinade until it is reduced by half. Spoon a few tablespoons over each portion of fish. Serve immediately. Note: The fish may also be served at room temperature or chilled.

Ingredients: 1 package (12 ounces) GORTON'S Crispy Battered Fish Fillets
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
3 Tbsp margarine or butter
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 3/4 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed




Directions: Heat oven to 425ºF.

Melt margarine in 2-quart saucepan. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in flour. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
Remove from heat; stir in milk.
Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients except GORTON'S Fillets.

Place Fillets, with sides touching, in an ungreased 7x11 inch baking dish; pour sauce over Fillets. Bake uncovered in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
