Pesang Lapu-Lapu

Ingredients

    500 grams sea bass or lapu-lapu fillet
    3 cups pak choi
    1 medium onion, chopped

    onions
    5 slices ginger root
    1 tsp black pepper, coarsely ground
    salt to taste
    3 cups water
     --

Directions

put water in casserole, add onion, ginger root, black pepper and salt to taste

bring to boil then add fish. simmer for 10 minutes then add the pak choi. simmer another minute. serve with steamed rice.
