I want to steam sea bass. What's the best way to cook it?

Here's one from 'SAH' on Yahoo...

get some kitchen foil put about two tea spoon fulls of olive oil on it grind a little pepper on it a slice of onion and a slice of lemon.
lay the fish on top

another slice of lemon and onion on top scrunch up the foil enough to let a tablespoon of white wine ( or better yet noilly prat) now fold and seal the foil into an oven at 180 degrees C and bake( steam in wine) for 30 minutes.

for an even better taste if you have it add a stick of celery to the aromatics

this works for salmon trout snapper tuna blah blah

- Thank you SAH for your recipe.
